Spent a warm night in snow mountains at 21 degrees with a single blanket without sleeping bag, tent, mat, fire.

Hi, I am a bow hunter in Korea
I've been spending a lot of time in the mountains hunting for four seasons in Korea for a long time, so I could naturally learn survival skills and bushcraft skills
I already learned a lot of survival skills in the army and the army I worked in was a cold place where it went down to -30 degrees
I've been training my body since I was young and I have a lot of survival experience, so I wanted to spend the day with a blanket on a very cold day. I think it was a special challenge

I don't think I can post pictures on the forum here...
It's so sad. I wanted to show you pictures and videos

So I will post a link to the post of the Korean community where I work
I made a video of 7 minutes and 36 seconds with Hyperlapse 60x shooting
There's also a video that's 8x again for boring people, and made it 56 seconds
Check out the video from sleep to wake up

https://cafe.naver.com/wildcamperskorea/9414

Simply put, I woke up successfully and had a good night and a safe day
Stomping on snow on the floor to harden it, laying out wrist-thick wood to make a big air jug, and twigs to create a fine layer of air and cushioning
And the trees with leaves have been added to the air layer and reinforced
They must be stacked in a zigzag grid to hold out when moving their bodies without collapsing.

I ate dried fish and boiled eggs, chocolate, and walnuts because I didn't start a fire
On this day, I ate 60 grams of dried fish, 6 boiled eggs, 120 grams of chocolate, 180 grams of walnuts
I had 94 grams of protein and 180 grams of fat
Fat is an important energy source that makes heat in the body
Walnuts are high in fat and easy to take care of. Eat and sleep at home
You're gonna have a fever

I woke up at 7 a.m., had a constant body temperature, so I took off my jacket and cleaned up my surroundings with my bare hands. My body was warm and dry
There was no fire

The morning temperature was -19

The clothes I'm wearing are brinze wool thermos + US military polar tech super dry grid fleece + Czech military wool sweater + carinsia MILG
The bottoms were Czech Republic's winter coat + Austrian army's winter pants

Go through the link for detailed records and photo videos
I want you to take a closer look at it

Do you know any good food that makes a lot of energy in winter?
And I wonder if the sarma TST woolshell pants are warm at -20 as well
I'm curious about the Swedish army's wool pants from the 1960s
If you've used it, please let me know
Thank you for reading and I hope you all enjoy a good outdoor life
Bye for now
