Not that I get involved with such stuff.

But a friend was clearing out old scented candles.

The sort in sturdy glass jars.

I have re-filled with proper parrafin wax...lets see how they do.

But I have the residue in a pot...its nasty greasy stuff. (And I will not alarm you with the warnings on the labels...)

Has it any interesting use? Firelighters maybe? Fuel?

(But I have plenty of fire lighters...)
 
Honestly ? I prefer soya wax to paraffin.

It's clean burning, it's a renewable resource, and it gives off a lot less sooty stuff.

Each to their own. :dunno:

I thought we agreed on beeswax being superior to all of it though ? :)
