I'm making use of some blackcurrants gifted to me, it's not enough to make jam, so I'm making apple and blackcurrant fruit leather.
Hoping to use the sun to dry it in double quick time tomorrow in this heatwave.
I usualy use my oven for fruit leather, but I think it will be warm enough to do it outside in the next few days. Plus it saves electric.
I did apple and mango last year, it was great. But my favourite is pear and apple with star anise.
Apple and cinnamon or ginger is good too.
