My Rowan tree, and the others in the street, are dripping with fruit this year. So much beautiful fruit.

I leave most of them for the birds, but I pick a couple of kgs and usually just make Rowan jelly with it. Really Rowan jelly is rowan and apple jelly.....and the apple trees too have so much fruit this year.

Does anyone else make something tasty with the Rowans though ?
There must be more than jam, surely ?
