Some recent leather work

Hi guys, i just thought id share a couple of photos of some recent leather work.

I actually made this for myself recently as my old case was far too mundane!


The leather is Buffalo belly..


All stitching is done with extra strong braded sinew



Recycled earring necklace





small tobacco/tinder tin pouch, again made from Buffalo and hand stitched.






Recycled vintage tooled leather belt, now a bespoke camera strap with lots of character







And finally I made this strap for my fiance. Two tone dying with company name embossed into it.

Thanks mate! Im happy with how it turned out! Id like to make a few more in the future and do a little more design wise.. The other half wanted to keep it quite simplistic though on this one!

Thanks gents I must admit though I didnt do the tooling on the top camera strap. it was an old tooled belt I picked up from a charity shop that was far too short on the waist. So it was recycled it and gave it a new life into a camera strap

arhh thanks gray. That means a lot!! I love using sinew as it gives it a whole new look. its hard not to look like youve stole someone eltses idea with most things these days. but hopefully these look fairly original..
