This one, could it be an edible arrowhead? Very nice big leaves, I put my knife next to it for scale.

This is the prettiest plant we have around at the moment, as far as I'm aware, they're white deaf nettles, and they have really nice white flowers. You can make tea from them, I've heard but I'm yet to try.

The white dead nettle is edible, flowers and all. Just pick the tops off and eat. Nothing spectacular in flavour but pleasant enough, and will add to salads or can be steamed or wilted as a green veg.

That's good to know, will have a taste once I'm out there again. There's also lots of common sorrel growing there, it tastes like apple peel. Does anyone know if the white dead nettle continue on growing in winter, or will they die in winter?
