So, gaiters. Who likes 'em and who doesn't?

I wear canvas gaiters in mud and snow - canvas can stand up on its own for ventilation if needed, is comparatively quiet and is a natural fibre fabric.

Hey john could you reccomend me some canvas gaiters mate?

I use THESE. I've always used cheap gaiters to keep mud and wet out but hate the slipping down feeling. These are awesome, when they get wet they suck to your legs and seal up surprisingly tightly. Good for a quickstep through a river!
