Snugpak Tactical series sleeping bags

Hi all,
I know there are a million posts about sleeping bags but I am looking at buying a Snugpak Tactical 4 for cold weather hammock/bivi camping. It looks like it will tick all the boxes and if it's any good I may buy a cooler one for summer use.

Does anyone have one and in reality how small does it pack up and how warm is it (I gather Snugpak can be a little "creative" with their specs!)?
I gather it is quite heavy compared to a down bag but there are different weight specs depending where you look, does anyone have any scales to hand..?

Also, if anybody has one, could you measure the foot width and approximate knee width as they aren't mentioned on the Snugpak site.
