I'm looking to do some snaring but don't have a scooby where to start.

What is the legality?
What kind of wire can i use?
What can i snare?
Where can i snare?
Where is the best place to put them?
What's the best method to make a snare?

I am at that learning stage with snares as well, I usually shoot them.
