smelly british army ECW hat

Hi All

I have the hat below, it is a tad smelly so I want to wash it but as it is a snug fit I do not want to shrink it.

Does anyone have one and how do you wash it.

That's a "Dangerous Brian" hat - burn it quickly.

Wash it in lukewarm water, squeeze dry and then air dry it slowly - or wear it as it dries.

x2 Just check it doesn't have a leather headband if wearing to dry..... ...

Hand wash when you are next in the shower, shouldnt shrink, as its British army its most likely too big or too small already.
