Slight name change

I've changed the name of the forum slightly so that it now covers Hygiene as well as first aid, it seems sensible to bundle them in together as they're so closely related.

Just setting up a base camp can have a huge impact on health if it's not done right. it's also important knowing what the best way of cleaning yourself while in the wilds etc

So feel free to discuss soap through to leg breaks in here from now on.

Good call Tony, hygiene is very important especially when travelling in a group.
Also it could cover food stuffs.
