Hello, I came across two shrubs which I have not seen before (or more likely, I have not paid attention to them). I do not have pictures but maybe my power of description can help.
1. From a distance it looks like a bunch of horsetails (equisetum) growing together, but when you look closely you can see that it is a shrub with very tinny leafs (alterenate, about 2-3 mm long). It has a yellow flower typical of a pea family. It is full of black and opened seed pods.
2. I thought it was juniper but then I saw a single yellow flower growing on it. It was closed but I pried it open and it looked like a pea family flower.
I don't know, maybe I see peas everywhere
