Shipton mill have just started selling their flour on the internet. We've been buying their flour for a while and i would highly recommend them, they are among the best millers in the country with some superb flours. The main reason i though people would be interested is that they sell organic chestnut flour but it's not cheep and i haven't bought any my self I just thought I'd give peeps a heads up . You have to buy a minimum of 6kg but it can be a mix of any type in 1kg bags.

Nice link
Price on the chestnut flour is not too bad
High quality traditional chestnut flour cost me 8 Euro / kilo
a few miles down the valley from the woods.

I usualy get the cheaper 6 Euro / Kg factory processed stuff
as it is mush easier to find.

Going back to Italy in a months time. Bit of luck this seasons flour will be avalible
before I come home.

Any body want some ?
