Seasoned Spalted Sycamore Spoonage

Per the title, ive run out of fresh cut wood so now hacking into my supply of seasoned Sycamore, obviously a bit harder to carve than fresh cut, but these days i personally prefer seasoned to fresh Sycamore as the grain, rays & flecks are much more prominent than fresh cut, which is just pure white and more or less characterless.

Nice! Just enough spalting to be interesting, but not so much as to adversely affect the integrity of the spoon.
