Per the title, ive run out of fresh cut wood so now hacking into my supply of seasoned Sycamore, obviously a bit harder to carve than fresh cut, but these days i personally prefer seasoned to fresh Sycamore as the grain, rays & flecks are much more prominent than fresh cut, which is just pure white and more or less characterless.
