I've been using a couple from Clas Ohlsen (Asaklitt ? ) for my canoe kit.
Heavyish but build quality seems ok.
I think they do smaller ones too.They were pretty cheap iirc.

Got my son a set of the karrimor ones, when he did his basic training, they seem to be pretty tough, also keep an eye out at aldi, i got a 40ltr one from there thats heavy duty.

Don't say I much rate the expeds- both of mine have acquired small holes in the thin material despite being careful. Bought myself an AlpKit one (yellow with a black bottom and red strap, can't remember the model name) as a replacement and won't look back. Much stronger, really well made, and generally better designed.
The usual no connection etc.
