Sea Buckthorn

A question for the tree experts.
My lonely sea buckthorn fruits every year; although I had read that it needed a girl- / boy-friend to do so. Need I look further afield to find the other half, or can they self-fertilise (or whatever the word for tree sex is) ?

Seems they are wind pollinated so there must be another one around somewhere.

Seabuckthorn is a dioecious, wind-pollinated plant. It can be propagated by air seeding, sowing, hardwood, softwood or root cuttings.

Thanks. I'd read similar, but my tree books aren't that in-depth.
Good news, then, as there'll be another crop of berries somewhere (next year). It'll just mean hunting further afield than I have so far.
