Yep, and the locals; for there are locals, will help send you there just as fast as the police get to you :D probably get done for hunting with dogs too since they'll probably go for the wild deer population too.
It's hardly remote, just inconvenient. There's a fishfarm off one shore and there's the Ardfern yacht club with it's thriving marina as well as fishing clubs. Apparantly it's a favoured picnic spot for the sailors and fishers. Very scenic :) Loch Craignish is a relatively sheltered sea loch and is a busy holiday area during the season.

The Responsible Right of Access is just that. Responsible behaviour is expected of everyone.
The curtilege of the home is excluded, basically the gardens surrounding the house; SSSI's and scheduled ancient monuments are to be treated with respect, as are croplands and nesting areas. Commercial campsites have some exclusions too, since that's a commercial venture and their insurances and public liabilities come into play.

So there's the answer then. Incorporate the entire island as a commercial campground. Set your fee at 1 million pounds per night and you won't be bothered by many customers; and you certainly wouldn't mind catering to the few who do book at that price (at least I wouldn't be)
