I use tapatalk with my galaxy s. You can load pics with that.

The above post was done from tapatalk with the picture being hosted with tapatalk so that makes it really quite easy to do.
Tapatalk does cost £1.80 but works well.

You could just use the browser and upload the pics to picasa or similar and get the links, but that can be a bit of a pain.
