Cats, who do you use for sam splints for your wilderness FAKs?

Strips of foam Karrimat can double as a makeshift Sam splint. We use them with the MRT on occasion. Much, much lighter both in weight and on your pocket.

Yes I use it in my large team medic kit, my main (large) wilderness med kit. mine were supplied through work HM Forces but I have used St John Ambulance supplies for a few things which are useful
