So here is my first spoon made of a branch I found... as you can see i left the pith in as i didnt have much wood to work with as the branch was thin.. luckily the pith didnt dry and crack..

My second spoon came out better as the piece of wood i carved was thicker..

My third and most elaborate is the one I carved for my girlfiriend as a surprise.. hence the heart....

And my first knife I made was really in response to the butter spreading knives my girlfriends family and friends all seem to use in Sweden... I thought I could make a cooler one.. which i think i managed to accomplish... now I can butter my toast every morning Rambo style..

All were carved with a £10 Mora companion and a crook knife and the final knife and spoon finished in walnut oil.
