I think I must be of the age now where all my childhood TV heroes are leaving us.

Happy memories of Take Hart and Morph will live with me forever!

I LOVED Take Hart and Vision On.
Mind you, by all accounts Tony Hart was a right sod to be around with some colourful opinions. Still, a shame.

I just read this earlier, is rather sad, he said the most upsetting thing over the last few years was that he no longer could draw.

Our lasses claim to fame was having a pencil drawing of some clogs on the gallery, it was before beta and vhs came along so she`s no proof which I enjoy winding her up about.

His programmes were an inspiration to me when I was a kid. I used to watch Vision On just for the bits when he was on. I can still hum the music that always played in the background. He was instrumental to me to taking an interest in art.

Used to love watching Take Hart & Vision On. Sad to see he has passed away, he was a talented artist.

One of the most memorable things that he created was the Blue Peter emblem.
