I heard that he'd given up about 2 years ago due to ill health, I think last year he then posted some pictures of recently made knives over on BB but nothing since.
He did a lot of business on Ebay, that may have helped his decision to pack it up when they banned knife sales.
He made a nice knife in my oppinion.

Sadly he told me he had sold off most of his knife making gear and only had a couple of blades left that he sold off quite a while ago now!!! A true craftsman lost, I have 5 of his knives and they are the dogs!!!!
