I saw that, no fuss, hardly any media coverage, I think the jumper wanted it that way.
This chap didn't a use a capsule but instead had the balloon attached to the small of his back, so he was facing downwards all the way up.

The jumper likely had enough money to do it without sponsorship...makes a fair difference.
Still, he's smashed the record and we didn't have to put up with Redbull caffeinated sugar drink waffle so everyone's a winner.
