Nope but I have got a Freeloader which is like a solar powered version of the Recharge4.
From a quick look at the specs, the Freeloader doesn't carry as much charge but it can be recharged pretty easily using the solar panels.
I've been using it successfully at work to charge a Blackberry (the phone, not the fruit) and, whilst it is not the panacea to all your power problems it seems to work pretty well.
Some others have said that the PowerMonkey is a better system and might be worth trying - I can't comment as I haven't got one.
