With the gnu!
Has anybody heard about this book series?

Really Wild Food Guide, The Essential Hedgerow & Wayside Cookbook & The Essential Backpacker's Wild Food Cookbook.

Any good? The recipes in the first two seemed to be aimed towards cooking at home with foraged food but the last one seem more Bushcraft oriented.

What do you think?

I've asked them for copies to review so we'll find out soon enough!

Have I not wittered about the RWFG before? Oops.

Some very, very good recipes - yes, it is more gourmet than bush cooking, but well worth it anyway. The acorn biscotti were particularly well received at work.

I had to buy copies for other people as presents to stop them half-inching mine...
