Re-handled blade - first attempt at such

Only a little thing - the blade is about 58mm - it was in a nasty plastic handle - I think it was a paper knife or something.

First time I've ever attempted anything like this.

That's nice mate, an nice shaped handle- I reckon that would be good for opening parcels and the like :).

Thanks Cameron.

It's a Sheffield made blade and was easy to get very sharp (tho' it remains to be seen if it will hold that edge), so I'll see if I can't find it a better role than opening the post, even if it's just living in the pocket of my fishing jacket.

That will need a sheath tho'

Sounds good mate! I reckon it could do good as a blade for when your out fishing, when I'm out I usually leave my stuff at home, bar the filet knife, but I reckon I moo gut get a more dedicated fishing blade, for general use :).
