Prospectors wall tent uk ?

Im wondering if its possible to purchase a canvas wall tent in the uk , the one that can be purchased without internal frame where you can feed a ridge poll through the top gables on to a cross poll frame & tie off the walls to a support frame tied to the tripod cross frame from straight trees .
Im only coming up with internal frame canvas tents with no open flaps to give the option off not carrying the frames like the old prospectors tent. Any ideas ?
also its the 3-5 foot wall height ones im looking for as dont want to pay shipment costs from abroad any suggestions off uk companies grateful

Have a look at "Albion canvas" or " the traditional tent company" they both produce fantastic tents of all kinds for the re-enactment scene , sorry cant do the "link" thing.

Green Outdoor do their version of a Baker tent in canvas, out of stock at the moment but they must be due a batch soon.

It would be an easy thing to modify an Icelandic or similar patrol-type tent to accept the sort of poling you described.

Wouldn't it be easier & cheaper to buy or rent over there. Taking a wall tent from UK to Canada would use up a substantial portion of your baggage allowance.

I just thought the same thing. From the original post I thought he wanted to use it in the UK and was trying to avoid postage costs.
