Pouch for '58 waterbottle + Crusader cup - any recommendations?

I'm looking for a pouch - I suppose in a green colour - which will take my Crusader cup along with the waterbottle and, ideally, the Heavy Cover lid. Some of the time, it'll be for wear on a belt but there will be a good number of occasions when I'll want to strap it to a pack.

Any suggestions or recommendations would be gratefully received, ideally with a website address where I can source one.

The British Army one will do what you need, there is also the one Ray Mears sells which should accommodate a lid too.

I have a green British army one you can have for the price of postage, you'd just have to wait a few weeks before I could get it to you, PM me if you want it.
