The first post ended up in Moderation Queue: all new members have their first x amount of posts moderated by hand, to prevent spammers getting through. This member just joined up so got in moderation queue. Bit odd there ws a reply on the post while the post itself was gone ...

they probably became a FM really quick after joining so the moderation/posting thing can get a little obscure when that happens, it's rare but now and then it does.
