I like the look of the 5.11 heavy cotton, I ordered some from the bay and when they turned up they were just a little bit too baggy from bum to knee.
Mind you they were advertised as for larger people.
If other peoples aren't as baggy I'd buy a couple of pairs as the build quality was great.
