PLCE Bayonet sheath question.

Hi all,

Looking at a PLCE bayonet sheath to house a knife temporary until i can make a sheath for it.

Does any have one that they can measure it for me please, as I have been unable to find the dimensions on t'web.

The knife is a Dorset Woodland Blades XL Nessmuk (DNK XL)

They are quite a size - the pouch itself is 250mm deep and 65mm wide.

Overall it is 370mm from the bottom edge to the base of the QD clip with two other belt/PLCE options at 210mm & 300mm

I can't find the dimensions of the blade you mention but if it is within those above, you should have a temporary solution at least.

I'll measure mine later on for you, remember though that the sheath holds a metal scabbard that the bayonet fits into, so its oversized for a knife on its own.

That sheaths proper name is a frog.
