Been to busy to play with it lately. Hopefully soon. I will have to do a search for a thread that explains how to use it first. One other problem - its in the mid to upper 80's over here. Too hot for a good fire.

Well it's raining where I leave, nice and cold - just right for a fire

Sure there must be a thread about them on here - I've not used mine in ages and I've had limited positive results. I think that the metal piston head that is designed to hold the tinder that is fitted to the one that you won in the comp. will make life easier.

Thanks. I did find a brief description of how to use it. If I get the chance I'll try this weekend. I was invited to a crawfish boil Saturday so I'll be busy stuffing my face with spicy crawfish and washing it down with ice cold beer. Love those little mud bugs.

LOL - now you've gone and done it!!!!

Not only do I love crawfish esp. curried <yum> but you've mentioned ice cold beer - just looked in my fridge and there are only two cans
