Photo Storage

I have photos all over the place, on sticks, clouds, old pcs, iPhone etc

What’s the best thing to do with them, how do I consolidate them all to one safe location?

Have 3 separate ways of storing at my end; accumulated flash drives for various aspects at work and play, Dropbox, iCloud, google drive on phone storage, central storage at home for the family to upload onto via wifi and a separate 4tb drive that gets a complete upload once a month for documents and photos to keep.

All mine are consolidated on Google drive. I back them up high quality which means it's free storage. Otherwise like most people they're on various harddrives and laptops.
