Oval 2.5" Duplex chimney in East Lancashire?

Hi folks
can any one direct me to anywhere I can get a 2.5" oval bulge Duplex chimey for a oil lamp in East Lancashire? I'd much rather be able to pick it up myself rather than have it posted.

This is partly because I'd like to inspect it first and partly as I begrudge the postage!

'Picked up a base assembly in a charity shop today for 2 quid that should clean up nicely, they'd just put it out so I snapped it up. :-{D)

Also can any one recomend a cheap source of 1 1/16 wick?

and I've tried google.

Just spent 4 hours hand polishing the base and then applying the Renaisance Wax. If I haven't found a chimney by next week I'll bite the bullet and mail order one and a yard of wick.

I'm being sent a 10" oval Duplex from these guys

We are also get a roll of the 1 1/16th wick so if any one needs any let us know.

The two wick design should be able to provide enough light to work by, the single wick jobs we have have to be a little close for comfiort.

The chimney has arrived.

The nice chap advised me I actually needed a smaller and cheaper one than I had wanted so it cost me £6 + postage.

If anyone wants a yard of the 1 1/16th Duplex wick they can have a yard for £2 plus whatever the stamp needs to be.
