Not outdoors but certainly homemade



I have spent quite some time making a new dining table in a more rustic style
It replaces an old ikea table which has served us well
Need to bodge some chairs to suit now !

RV - you would be most welcome, the top is made from Scaffolding boards and a few hours finishing ! Which was my lovely wife's idea Not sure we do lace though

Mesquite - the copper candelabra was a present for my wife's birthday as something a bit unusual

The finish is a dark oak coloured wax and I’m planning to give it another couple of coats eventually just using clear wax
It’s proving to be popular with family and friends the fact that it’s relatively narrow makes for great conversation and the aged look means we are not to precious about it just what we planned
