Hmm, interesting. If it is an orchid then it would be birdsnest orchid, but I'm not convinced that it isn't a broomrape either. Would need to see a better shot of the flowers.
I think it's common broomrape, Orobancheminor, parasitizing on the clover plants surrounding it. Here in Holland this parasite is called 'klavervreter', which can be translated as 'clover-eater'.
