Opinel rehandle

I've got an Opinel no.8 that I use everyday and fancied getting it rehandled to make it a bit more fancy. I saw this and absolutely love it! Is there anybody here that could do this for a fee?

I like the fact it still keeps some of the original handle too.

I think the thing is, no one is doing that exact thing here so it's a bit of a gamble working out a process and pricing for an unknown.

Looking at what the guy did it's perfectly feasible to do yourself as he only used minimal power tools.

I think it would be more satisfying to do it yourself, as it's a cheap knife it won't be too expensive if you make a mistake.

I may buy another no.8 and do it myself as a practice. Although cheap, I've had my opinel quite a while and don't want to ruin it. Where's a good place to pick up Snakewood etc?
