Old gazebo material

Just sorting in the garage and came across the fabric from an old gazebo that had te frame break - saved 'just in case'.

I've decided to start being more brutal so it's off in the bin unless someone has a great suggestion for it's use or wants it, which I'm quite happy to do for the cost of postage!

If you mean type its at woven nylon type stuff. Condition is fine.

I turned exactly the same thing into a shallow pyramid tarp, cut off the frilly upright pieces and made them into corner loops and it can now hang amongst trees as a high rain shelter or be pitched as a large "flying diamond" tarp.

Sounds like a great plan, and probably the sort of thing I had in mind. I'm a bit tarped out though at about 5.

I like upcycling stuff like this - at mo converting an old nylon family tent into a light single-skin tepee, with a bathtub suspended part-groundsheet, and using converted carbon fishing rods as walking/tent poles - they fit inside each other for the walking bit - double in length for tepee poles. Would like a pole tripod for strength in gales, still to work out how to carry third pole...
