If you like yoghurt, lassi, buttermilk, it has something of that to it. If you let it ferment well enough it'll make small beer or a kind of oat based light stout. Reactions: santaman2000

Very easy, very healthy. A classic Swiss healthy breakfast, nice as an evening meal too ! Unless you plan to eat them up within a couple of months, I would keep them in a freezer.
