So whats to stop the tilting bar from falling out?Is it permantly attached or is it so you just use it when you want to tilt the pot up?..That is one good website btw!

I get the coffee tilter now.Its hinged in the middle.
I can do one of those i reckon.

Another good site that.I actually have something similar to the white 2 1/2 gallon pot(the one below the tin bucket)but its stainless steel.About the same capacity, maybe more.
