i've just had confirmation that my shipping container arrives at 8am on saturday...grrrrrrr.........so i don't think that i'll be able to make this one. i might possibly come down just for the saturday night but it really depends on how knackered i am after unlpacking and then re-packing 50 odd 125kilo ovens. should be fine!

cheers

stuart

Best remember the step ladders this time then mate.

Easy now!:red:

Don't be dissing my air suspension hammock, lol :D Probably had the bungee rope too tight on the underblanket which pulled everything up. Can someone give me a bunk up mext time maybe ????

You bringing your hammock MB ?

Yes matey. I have got some carabiners that I want to set it up with so might need some advice on making that mod. I've got two tarps one being the decathalon one like yours and I have a sand DPM army one. I've not made my mind up which one to use. The army one is very heavy, smaller but looks more robust. I need to make a quick exit on sunday as I have to get home early to watch Mrs Boots in a triathlon. (love lyrca me.)

I'm having issues with the gear I am going to take. I seem to have loads of stuff but really wanna go basic this weekend. I'm trying to take just enough stuff for a comfortable weekend and a single carry into the wood. I was thinking of bringing the dutchee but again it's a lot of weight and makes for many journeys on the sunday breaking down camp.

Not long now:red:

I tell ya mate I can't wait. I have been looking forward to this weekend since the last RC camp out. Still haven't had a chance to get hold of a bottle of mead but with any luck will be addressing that before friday.

I'd take the Decathlon tarp as there is a high risk of a wet weekend, or bring both and leave one in the car ? Martin's done the carabiner mod on his hammock.

Thanks!
I will arrive than around 19:33 on Friday to Sutton Coldfield Railway station. (my car broke now) How can I get to tha meeting point? Or it`s too late and I should go just Saturday morning? Is anyone else coming by train?
