When I was buying the Wax tapers ( see Rushlight thread ) in the local Mica store I bought a bag of Prices 8 hour nightlight candles to use at home.I've used my Coghlan's nightlight lantern a few times camping with it being small and light and still able to heat up the tent but it's one fault has been once the wax has melted it's brim full and the slightest knock spills molten wax Never mind trying to move it about. Not any more.We have a couple of nightlights burning every night and have done for years we take them out of the metal cup and put the wax into Ikea glass holders the light then shines down through the wax giving out more light. If you then put an ordinary 4 hour nightlight wax in an empty 8 hour metal cup it fits in the lantern and you can move it about no problem -- just thought I'd share
cheers all Danny

cheers Danny

I tried Google lots in Canada and the States.

I've got some brass tube in the garage so I think I'll try making something, in the meantime I managed to pick up a Coleman F1 gas lamp in the last of Black's clearance sale;)

Thanks Richard
