Waterstones are taking pre-orders for around £10 but I noticed WHSmiths have got a date for November now ....

I think that rather than having to re-list it the guy on ebay has upped the price when they shifted the publishing date of the book, there might be a new date release date now, it's got to be a few months since I spoke to them, I'll see what they say.
