I like the look of this, original design but without being so different that it is no longer useful for UK bush work.

I've had the pleasure of seeing one of Will's knifes up close. It was superb quality. I believe he is on this forum and internet as Bushblade.

That looks very handsome. Not massive or too 'Bowie-d', the Scandi grinds are beautifully even and the leatherwork looks excellent too. I didn't hear how thick the blade was; would I be right in thinking that it's about 4mm?

Sorry for the very slow reply. This particular blade is in fact 5mm thick

Hi thanks for the kind words guys. Only just discovered this thread while googling my name. The blade in question is actualy 4mm thick with a tapered tang.
