" THE HAIRY BIKERS’ COOKBOOK
Dave Myers & Simon King

The Hairy Bikers are a couple of unlikely northern men who regularly
hit the road on their Triumph motorcycles in search of culinary
experiences and cultural adventures. They aren't professional chefs,
but life-long food lovers. As such they are insatiably greedy, incredibly
passionate and wonderfully refreshing about food wherever they go.

The journeys are exciting, the locations and people are fascinating,
and the food is delicious and unpredictable – often caught by the
boys and then prepared and cooked by the side of a river, on a boat
or on a sand dune in the desert. They go looking for the perfect
mushroom omelette in Perugia, travel to Namibia in search of the
world's best barbeque, as well as Portugal, Mexico, Lebanon, Syria,
Transylvania, Vietnam and Ireland to further expand their culinary
horizons.

This cookbook will accompany a major twelve part BBC TV series of
the same name and includes over eighty recipes from their intrepid
travels. Funny, endearing and down-to-earth, they will very easily find
a place in everyone’s hearts.

The Hairy Bikers’ Cookbook will be published in full colour and will
include a stunning travelogue of their adventures as well as all the
recipes from the series.

These guys did a one off show on BBC 2 once.

They're pretty good cooks. Simple dand down to earth. With non of that annoying camera work food programmes seem to love!
