Well my new F1 arrived yesterday and I was meaning to post some pictures but I've been busy!

I will take some pictures later on today at some stage.

But for the time being, this is the knife, the Fallkniven F1 Micarta.

This isn't my first F1, Johnny, and the others are in perfect working order. I just fancied something with a wooden handle :) But they are really really amazing knives! I've used my oldest F1 for a few years now and it's still razor sharp. I don't batton with it, I only use it for light work such as hand crafts and preparing wood/tinder and skinning etc.

But yes, I would highly recommend it, any future knives for me will most certainly be Fallkniven.

Gonna keep my eyes open for one especially in micata, they look sweet as.
Just waiting for the spyderco bushcrafter from Jacko. Damn these knives are so adictive.

Just asked for a commision by Nektarios as the last one was awsome and now the wife wants one.

You can get one in Micarta there :)

And yes, knives can be addictive lol. But I think I've founded my long-term knife in the F1. A 3.75 inch blade is perfect for me and it's a solid design.

Nice looking knife. I checked out the link above just now and glanced at the price £29.95... hmmm cheap but you do seem to get an awful lot of knife for the money, then I blinked and saw it was actually £297.95.

I gasped.

Nice knife like I said, but I doubt fif I spent that kind of money on it I'd be brave enough to use it, but keep it underglass, in a frame, in a vault.
