Well thank you, Ladies and Gents, for providing me with both amusement and information in spades since I joined a few weeks ago! This has been the most constructive use I have ever managed to put my interweb connection too, and, wonderful as technology is, I can't help wondering if it would all be more fun and more useful in person every now and then. And an opportunity to have some company other than the trees out there
So I am using my obligatory "newbie" post to request that the bushcrafters of sussex (ashdown forest particularly) join me in getting our communal finger out and organising some kind of meet?
You know the drill, Share, learn, swap skills, practice stuff, an excuse for a drink round the campfire, (always welcome) and less time on the computer!
Let me know what you think, and I'll see you in the forums. Cheers all
