hi everyone not sure weather i should post it here but here goes.. i found a silver pen knife with hallmarks dating from 1907 but the steel blades are all rusted out. do you think there is an chance i could repair it ?

All depends on how badly rusted out they are...It would need the pins removed and the blades cleaned.There might be deep pitting also.
