Need belt supplier - OTS or custom

I need a new belt, and being a FB find it hard to find good ones off-the-shelf (OTS). What I'm after is a 1.75" wide belt with double pins (if that's the right phrase), that'll fit my well insulated 48" waist.

After a search on here, the Stanley FatMax looks possible, but I can't find an actual size - "One size fits all" usually means "one size fits no-one".

Thanks to Dougster's help, guidance, and patience I have made my own! It's a monster belt and I'm chuffed to bits with it.
