so my waiting is over, the propagne burner came today, although Ive still got to pick up some rubber tubing to join it to the gas bottle, but hope to be doing my first proper crayfish boil by the weekend

and one of the big daddies that we constantly seem to catch

well, the missus made some pear cider batter to deep fry some tail and claw meat in, it was a feast to say the least, having more again tonight, have around 150 left in the freezer, think's I'll have to defrost another 50
